Hello my name is Katie, I joined Precious Jem's in September 2023 working 3 days a week as a qualified level 3 early years practitioner and I have worked up to becoming a room leader. I have been working in childcare for over 9 years which I thoroughly enjoy. Observing the development of the children and watching them grow into their own little personalities is what I love the most. I have done lots of training at Precious Jem's and I'm also wellcomm certified.

My name is Maizie I am a level 3 early years Educator.

Precious Jem's was my last placement while I was doing my level 3 at college which I completed in May 2023, I then became part of Team Jem's in June 2023.

Since becoming part of Precious Jem's I have done various training courses to widen my knowledge within early years. I have worked with all ages here at Precious Jem's.

Hi I am Taila and I am a level 2 early years practitioner.

I have been at Precious Jem's since January 2023 joining as an Early Years apprentice and gaining experience with all ages. Not only have I gained a qualification since being at Precious Jem's I have also gained confidence within my practice and myself by completing various other early years training courses. I love helping the children achieve their milestones and celebrating each and every one.

Hi I'm Gemma, I qualified as a level 3 early years educator many years ago. Since then I have had my own children and I have returned to the early years sector. I love watching the children learn and develop and see them gain their own little characters and personalities.

Hi I’m Heidi. I’ve worked in childcare for 5 years. I started as a level 2 apprentice and worked my way to complete my level 3, I have been qualified for nearly 3 years. I have had experience with all age ranges up to 5 years old.

Myself and my daughter started our journey with Precious Jem’s in January 2025. I am based in Mini Jem’s and I really enjoy watching them grow into small young individuals.

Hiya my name is Glo. I joined Precious Jem's in September 2025 as a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator. I have been working in the Mini Jem's room with the babies although I have experience with various age groups, which enables me to adapt my planning to suit all ages and stages. In my personal time, I am passionate about music and singing, as well as playing rugby.

Hello my name is Heather, I joined Precious Jem's at the beginning of October 2025. As a level 3 early years educator. I have experience working with children in both nursery and school settings, and I have 2 children of my own. I have done a variety of training courses and I am wellcomm certified. I'm looking forward to my journey at Precious Jem's.

Hello, my name is Jaiden! I joined Precious Jems in June 2025 as a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner and am currently training towards my Level 3 qualification. I am mainly based in the Dinkys room but also enjoy supporting in other rooms when needed. I love seeing the children grow into their own unique personalities, learning, and having fun along the way. I’m delighted to be part of their journey here at Precious Jems.

Hello, my name is Kasey. I am currently undertaking my Level 3 apprenticeship at Precious Jem’s where I work four days a week, Monday to Thursday after recently achieving my Level 2 qualification in Early Years Childcare at college. I have completed a range of training courses covering various aspects of early years education, which have strengthened my understanding of children’s safety, well-being, and development.

Through my experience working with children aged 1–5 years, I have developed strong skills in supporting their growth, learning, and individual needs. I am deeply passionate about working in the Early Years sector, as it allows me to provide children with the best possible experiences and help them reach their full potential.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends.
