Funded Early Education & Consumable fee’s for our Nursery settings.

Government funded early education entitlements are intended to cover the cost of education and care only. They do not include additional items or services such as meals, snacks, extracurricular activities, or personal care supplies.

In line with Department for Education and Local Authority guidance, we offer parents the option to pay a consumables charge to cover these additional items as we are an all inclusive setting.

 

Stretched Funded Hours

We offer stretched funded hours across the full year to support working families:

• 30 hours funding stretched over the year provides 22 funded hours per week

• 15 hours funding stretched over the year provides 11 funded hours per week

If your child attends more than 2 days per week:

• You will receive 2 funded hours on the 3rd day

• Any additional hours on that day are charged at £10 per hour

Please note:​

• If your child attends 5 days per week we also apply to 5% discount to the £80 daily top up on day 3.

 

Consumable fee

Our consumable fees are £10 per day which contributes towards the cost of providing:

• Breakfast, Hot meal, Lite bite tea & snacks throughout the day

• Nappies, wipes, cream and sun cream

• Additional and enhanced learning experiences and extracurricular activities

• Online System

• Celebration Days

• Cooking Activities

Reddish Pre-School Consumable fee​

For children attending pre-school only, a consumables fee applies per half term, based on the number of funded hours received:

• £15 per half term for children accessing 15 funded hours per week

• £30 per half term for children accessing 30 funded hours per week

This charge contributes towards the provision of:

• Breakfast

• Snack

• Lite bite tea

• Extracurricular and enhanced activities

• Wipes

• Online System

• Celebration Days

• Cooking Activities
